Pell Grant eligibility
A simple program to calculate Pell Grant eligibility in Stata, if you have data with the EFC. Documentation is in the ado file: pellgrant.ado.
Source files from Federal Student Aid (FSA). Pell Grant award schedules by aid year: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. This simple do-file graphs the schedules together: pellexample.do. And it looks like this (see below).
